I'm Ashlee — the founder and bartender behind She Pours. I built this on one belief: the bar isn't a side table at your event. It's where people gather, toast, and remember the night. Every garnish, every rim, every pour is mine to get right, so you never have to think about it.

She Pours is a premium, editorial experience — the kind of bar that photographs as beautifully as it pours. Weddings, bridal and baby showers, mocktail and dry events, and upscale celebrations, each composed around your story. A signature cocktail named for the couple. A full mocktail menu for the guests who don't drink. A presence that feels like it was made for the room, because it was.

Bridal & Baby Showers

A branded bar with a custom menu themed to the shower, a full mocktail selection for pregnant and dry guests, and a presentation made to be photographed.

Best for: 20–75 guests, brunches and afternoon events.

Mocktail / Dry Events

A full alcohol-free bar, or a mocktail add-on to any package. NA menus designed with the same craft as the full bar — never soda water with a lime.

Retreats, studio launches, and brand activations with elevated NA and low-ABV menus — refined service that fits the energy of the room.

A real bar — without the alcohol.

Nearly a third of guests now ask for something non-alcoholic. She Pours designs full NA menus with the same craft as the full bar — layered, balanced, properly garnished. Never "soda water with a lime."

Postpartum-safe showers

The guest of honor deserves more than sparkling water. A full mocktail menu that feels like the real thing — so no one gets handed a consolation drink.

Sober-curious weddings
